Making real impact as a chiropractor
In our family practice you help around 80 to 150 clients each week. They often come in with pain or other health complaints, but through your approach they discover that the influence of chiropractic care reaches far beyond that. You use the six chiropractic zones as the basis for your holistic sessions and guide your clients in a positive way on their journey towards a healthy future.
As a chiropractor you never stop learning. You keep seeking ways to make your sessions even more comfortable and effective. You are guided throughout by our experienced chiropractors Boràn and Denise: very intensively during the first two training months, and then weekly through on-the-job coaching.
We will also introduce you to zone technique. After years of exploring various techniques, we have found that zone technique delivers the best results. It reveals what the body truly needs and also has an impact on conditions such as digestive complaints and skin and hormonal issues. No problem if you are not yet familiar with zone technique: we are happy to share our knowledge with you.

Our chiropractic practice is based in Rotterdam: a city with history and its own airport, the ideal base for exploring Europe. Free parking is available right at the door and the practice is also easily accessible by public transport. The moment you walk in, a sense of calm washes over you. The atmosphere is open and natural, the vibe positive and welcoming. But do not be fooled: behind the laughter there is a lot of hard work. We are a close-knit team of chiropractors and assistants who share the ambition to make a lasting impact on the lives of our clients. We also share a love of good food, so snacks and drinks are never far away on our team outings.
What we offer you as a chiropractor
- A chiropractic role where you make real impact and do more than just treat pain
- Intensive guidance so you can get the best out of yourself
- Attendance at (international) seminars and generous reimbursement of relevant training
- A 4-day position, including at least 1 evening per week
- Monthly salary between € 3.000 and € 5.500, depending on your experience
- 5 weeks paid holiday per year
- Registration with SCN, including payment of costs, insurance and membership
What we expect from you as a chiropractor
Above all we value expertise, a desire to keep developing and an openness to learning zone technique. To give our clients the best possible experience, it is important that you are patient, communicate positively and connect easily with clients of all ages.
In addition:
- you hold a recognised chiropractic qualification.
- you speak Dutch or are willing to learn it in the short term.
- you are open to working at other locations in the region as ChiroBalance grows.
